Jason has more than 18 years of professional experience working and managing interactive and traditional media at firms such as Sapient and Scient. He is interested specifically in developing world class creative solutions that catapult businesses beyond their expectations. Jason is always driving creative leadership and exploring new ways to integrate the, 'Thread of Objectivity, within Deft and their clients creative process.

Christian Barnard // Advisor

Christina Barnard // Advisor

Christian joins deft from frog design, where he was the VP of Delivery and spent the last several years improving how frog manages and delivers complex design problems for global clients. He has also held leadership positions at at&t where he led the user experience design team, and has also has held previous leadership positions in user experience and program management at consulting firms Sapient and Scient. Christian has a B.A. from Purdue University in Visual Communication Design, and a M.S. for Northwestern University in Systems Strategy and Management.

Frank Copertino // Director Sales

Frank has over 15 years of direct sales experience in the solar, LED, semiconductor and University markets. Prior to beginning his sales career Frank was an officer in the US Air Force working on DoD satellite programs. Frank's area of expertise is managing complex customer relationships, requirements definition, contract negotiation and buying the first round of drinks. Frank is an alum of Rensselaer and Santa Clara University.
